LATEST ! GOOD NEWS ! Scarbrough Court is not moving!. IT IS TO BE EXTENDED ! After a long search by the the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution to find a new site it has been decided to build adjacent to the present site in order to provide residents with modern accomodation, purpose-built to meet their needs. Planning permission should soon be completed and building commenced in the near future. Scarbrough Court was originally built in 1967 and was in need of major refurbishment. When completed the new Nursing Home will be one of the finest homes run by the RMBI. Funds are still needed and, most important, so are 'Friends'.
Any developments will be notified on the 'News and Events' page of this web-site. CONTACTS
